We use enquiry information only to:
- Respond to your request
- Coordinate appropriate follow-up with your consent
- Review career applications

We do not sell personal information. We do not use this website to collect donation amounts, payment card details, or salary information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant Aarya team members who need it to respond. Where a third-party form provider (such as Formspree) is configured, submissions are processed according to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Progress summaries for clinical collaboration are shared with other professionals only with appropriate consent.
Children’s information
We ask adults (parents, guardians, or professionals) to submit enquiries. Any information about a child should be limited to what is needed for an initial response.
Retention
We retain enquiry and application information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operational, or legal purposes, then delete or securely archive it according to our internal practices.
